Stream-Ops works with dependable people who help live events reach their audiences clearly and reliably. Opportunities range from structured game and event management to advanced live production, with occasional onsite camera positions based on production needs.

Your Production Setup Matters
Live production depends on stable equipment, a reliable connection, and advance preparation.
During the application process, Stream-Ops may ask about your computer, operating system, internet speeds, wired connection, backup options, and previous production platforms. The level of technical review will depend on the production roles for which you are being considered.
Submitting technical information does not guarantee approval. It helps Stream-Ops determine determine which qualification steps, training requirements, or assignments may be appropriate.
Applicants should provide accurate technical information. Some assignments may have platform-specific or equipment-specific requirements
Assignment-Based, Flexible Work
Stream-Ops Event Operators are independent contractors who may be offered individual assignments based on factors such as:
- Availability
- Qualifications
- Approved production track or role
- Technical readiness
- Reliability and performance
- Client or event requirements
Operators may accept assignments according to the procedures in effect at that time. Event volume varies, and no minimum number of assignments, fixed schedule, or ongoing work is guaranteed.
Keeping availability accurate helps Stream-Ops make appropriate scheduling decisions, but it does not guarantee that assignments will be offered.
Event Operators provide services as independent contractors rather than as employees.
Contractors are responsible for maintaining accurate contact, payment, and required tax information; maintaining suitable equipment and internet access where applicable; following approved procedures; and reporting technical or scheduling problems promptly.
