How Stream-Ops Works

🎥 Welcome to Stream-Ops

We’re excited to have you on board! Follow these steps to set up your account and get started with live event production.

1️⃣ Create Your Account

  1. Visit: stream-ops.com
  2. Register: If you haven’t created an account yet, click “New User Registration” in the upper-right corner of the homepage.
  3. Complete Your Profile: Enter your contact details, production availability, and payment information so we can schedule you for events and process payments quickly.

2️⃣ Log In and Access Your Dashboard

  1. Sign In: Click “Log In” at the top of the site or visit stream-ops.com/wp-login.php.
  2. Open Your Dashboard: Once logged in, you’ll land on your WordPress account page. Click “Stream-Ops” in the top-left corner to open your main dashboard.
  3. View Your Schedule: From the dashboard, click “My Schedule” to view your upcoming productions. This page updates daily as new events are assigned or changed, so check back regularly for the latest version.

3️⃣ How Scheduling Works

Scheduling is powered by Stream-Ops AI Assistants that automatically assign events based on your:

  • Availability (entered during registration)
  • Performance Rating
  • Approved Sports and Roles

New schedules are uploaded daily before appearing on the Stream-Ops website. Please make it a habit to review your schedule frequently — assignments can shift as schools or clients make updates.

4️⃣ Confirming Your Assignments

Until in-site confirmation is launched, all confirmations are handled on Discord:

  1. Confirm Your Games: Go to the #Event-Confirm chat in Discord.
    • Confirm early whenever possible.
    • Include the date and Event ID for each game you confirm.
  2. Why It Matters: Confirmations help prevent GP No-Shows and ensure coverage for every scheduled event.
  3. Day-of Changes: On game day, you may be asked to reconfirm if your assignment or start time changes.
You’ll receive your official Production Schedule by 9:00 AM ET each day you have games scheduled.

5️⃣ Game Day Protocol

  • Check-In: Log in to Discord and check in 30 minutes before your event in the #Event-Check-In chat.
  • Be Ready: Have your gear tested and stream setup ready to go before your assigned start time.
  • Stay Connected: If any issues arise, communicate immediately with your supervisor or in the support channel.

⚙️ Notes on Assignment Actions

  • You do not need to manually accept or reject assignments on the website at this time.
  • This feature is under development and will be added soon. Once live, we’ll provide updated guidance on how to use it.
